Chanel Boutique Knit Dress, Fall/Winter 

A quintessential early-2000s Chanel knit dress in deep aubergine-black, with a fitted shawl collar bodice that gives way to a graceful A-line skirt. The bodice and long sleeves are knit through with fine metallic lurex threads — flecks of bronze, pink, and green shimmer against the dark ground — while a ribbed metallic waistband cinches the silhouette before releasing into a solid knit skirt. Twin patch pockets sit at the hip. The tiny wooden insignia sits at the side hip, stamped with a gold-tone interlocking CC, is a signature Chanel knitwear detail of the era.

Labeled "CHANEL, Made in France," with style/collection code 01A, style number AH851, in a size 38 (French). In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
