Since the storefront is closed, a drop-off appointment is now required, please email us to make an appointment to sell. For large collections or private estates we are happy to arrange a house call. 

• We ask that you drop your items off for the owner to access and create an offer. We don’t buy on the spot. 

• Please allow items to stay with us for a minimum of one week while we review everything. Items will be available for pick-up in the following week.

• When we have finished your buy, we will contact you via email. 

• We professionally dry clean and professionally restore and repair all items. These expenses factor into our wholesale prices. 

• Our prices are based on a wholesale rate, seasonality, desirability, and the overall condition of the garment. 

 Xtabay Vintage Seller Contract & Agreement

By selling with Xtabay Vintage I agree to the following terms & conditions:

All items are subject to a one week minimum hold period where we will review each item.

When we are finished with your buy, we will respond to sellers via email with an itemized list of the pieces we are interested in taking and our total offer.

Items will be available for pick-up in store the following week. 

We are not responsible for damage that may occur while assessing items.

Please promptly pick-up unwanted items. Unclaimed items are considered forfeited property after 90 days. We cannot afford to be a storage facility. 

We pay with checks, Venmo or Zelle, you can arrange to pick-up a check in the store or we can mail it to you.

CONSIGNMENT

Consignment is offered on a case-by-case basis. We consign only higher end designer pieces that command a higher price point. 

Our consignors receive 40 % of what we sell the item for after it sells. We dry clean and repair all of our items, this usually costs us at least 10 percent of what the garment sells for. We employ a professional seamstress and use a speciality dry cleaner who is familiar with vintage garments. We pride ourselves in offering items in tip top condition. 

 We payout consignors on the 15th of the month following the sale, either by check or Venmo.
