~ We cannot offer refunds for fit issues, variances in monitor colors, minor signs of wear or buyer's remorse.  Please convo us with any questions before purchasing.

~We do not offer any item that we would not personally wear.  We make every effort to disclose any noticeable flaws or issues in our condition report so you can make an informed purchase. Please keep in mind the item you are buying has had a previous life and is bound to show some signs of wear. 

~We go to extraordinary lengths to restore, clean and repair our pieces prior to shipping them to you. Please allow a little extra time to receive your item. 

~Layaway is available for certain items. We ask for 50% down and 30 days to pay the remaining balance plus shipping. Layaway deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to pay the remaining balance in the time agreed to we will first contact you to remind you of the balance due. If the balance is not paid and we do not hear from you within a timely fashion we will consider the item forfeited. We simply do not have the space to store unclaimed items for months on end. Our space is small and our rent is high. Thanks for understanding. 

~ Unclaimed purchases after one year are considered forfeited property and will be restocked or donated to a local charity. Again, we are not able to offer long term storage due to limited space and rent. 

~We can provide additional photographs, measurements, history, or information if you convo us. All items come from a smoke free boutique in Portland, Oregon.
