Fitted at the waist at the hips but flares out just below the hips, pleating in the back creating a modern style bustle. Super elegant shape and style with gathering at the shoulders. Sleeveless with a high neckline. Metal zipper up the back. No label, likely homemade. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear!
