Sweetest 1940's blue & ivory striped cotton dress. Power blue base with ivory pinstripes. Diagonal, chevron style stripes in the torso with vertical pinstripes down the skirt. Pintuck pleating in the top and darling ivory lace trim at the hem of the collar and the sleeves. Cap style sleeves. Buttons up the front from the wait. Fitted at the waist. Belt not included, used only for styling!
