The ultimate 1950's fairytale kind of dress. A cloud of periwinkle-blue nylon chiffon over taffeta forms a truly voluminous, full skirt — the kind of silhouette that conjures up Cinderella. Up top, the bodice is heavily shirred and ruched on the diagonal, drawing the eye to a sweetheart-shaped off-the-shoulder neckline finished with a delicate loop-trimmed fringe. Cap sleeves slip just off the shoulder for that classic Cinderella effect. Fully lined, with the original metal back zipper closure intact. The color is magical — a soft, shifting hydrangea-blue haze that reads lavender in some light, powder blue in others. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
