Cord tie closure that stops about halfway down the skirt leaving a sweet slit down the center. Fitted, sleeveless dress. Has the appearance of western style suit wear. Black contrast stitch details. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear! Styled with the fabulous deadstock black turtleneck, sold separately!
