Absolutely fabulous 1940's dress with novelty print sleeves. The body is classic wartime chic — black rayon crepe, fitted through the bodice, with a wide Peter Pan collar and full gathered skirt — but the sleeves are pure spectacle: billowing bishop chiffon printed with mariachi musicians, tropical florals, and architectural vignettes in hot pink, chartreuse, turquoise, and violet. The cuffs gather to ruffled, ribbon-tied wrists. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
