Pure 1950s glamour in black faille, by designer Peggy Hunt. The illusion neckline is edged in a scalloped band of delicate black Chantilly-style lace, which melts into little lace cap sleeves and plunges into a sweetheart dip at the back. The fitted bodice nips in at the waist, then the dress blooms into a gorgeously full, swishing skirt with all the rustle and sheen faille is known for. The original metal zipper runs up the back. Elegant, dramatic and impossibly flattering, this is the little black dress at its most romantic. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.

Condition:  excellent overall, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Minor signs of wear typical of age. One tiny hole in the back of the netting at the shoulder blade, faint deodorant marks at underarms- only noticed upon close inspection. Wears and presents beautifully.  

All of our pieces are thoroughly inspected and repaired by our in house professional seamstress prior to shipping to ensure your garment is in ready to wear condition upon arrival. We ship our items out on Thursdays. Please allow extra time for wedding dresses and large orders.
