Stunning blue silk taffeta cocktail dress from the 1950s, built to flatter and emphasize the form. The off-shoulder neckline has stacked, stitched pleats wrapping into a fitted bodice, nipping into a defined waist before releasing into a slim pencil skirt. The back is the standout:  fan-pleated panel drops from the waist into a soft train, cinched at top with a small self-fabric bow. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
