Elegant and timeless 1950's black silk faille strapless couture evening dress from Casa Milanese. Beautifully constructed by hand out of a supple silk with intricate pleats and folds. The interior features a fully boned corset and an additional zipper to hold the bodice in place. Similar in style and design to dresses by Balenciaga. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
