 This gorgeous late 1940s evening gown opens with a sheer illusion yoke in fine floral lace over a sheer nude ground then flows into a deeply fitted bodice and nipped waist.. Three-quarter sleeves in matching lace finish with a delicate raw edge. The skirt sweeps into a full circular hem, its volume built from two layers of fine netting beneath the lace, all over a black taffeta lining that rustles with every step. Original metal back zip with tiny buttons at the top of the next. I could not find a label in this beauty but it is definitely high end and professionally made. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
