Sublime 1980's celadon green crystal pleated evening gown by design legend Mary McFadden. One of the prettiest examples of her work I have seen in the softest shade of green. McFadden was influenced heavily by artist Mario Fortuny and wen't to great lengths to patent the pleating process she used in her designs. Composed of a silky crepe that drapes and hangs beautifully on the figure. Featuring a smocked bodice with interior waist band to take in the waist. 3/4 puffed sleeves and a short zipper up the back. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
