This unlabeled cocktail hat is constructed over a felt base covered in flat ivory feathers, crowned with a generous ostrich pompom that gives the piece its unmistakable presence. Sits forward on the head in the manner of the period and stays put with a hat pin. In excellent condition. The only question to ask yourself is "where wouldn't I wear this?"
