A darling 1950's necklace built from five hand-formed shell flowers, each composed of small natural shell petals in a deep raspberry-pink dye, layered and set onto celluloid discs, centered with a faceted clear rhinestone. The celluloid backing discs are visible from the reverse of each blossom, a classic construction method in vintage shellcraft flowers, where dyed shell pieces are individually affixed to a celluloid base to build the dimensional bloom. Flowers are wired onto a fine sterling silver chain, spaced to sit as a graduated bib across the collarbone. Spring-ring clasp closure. 

Necklace Length: 16" total 

In overall excellent condition with one shell chipped on the left side, only noticed upon close inspection.
