Iconic 1990's early Y2K era Betsey Johnson 40's inspired floral print dress in luminous silk charmeuse. Featuring an ultra flattering ruched bodice, with defined bust and romantic flutter sleeves. Adjustable back strap secures the sleeves in place. Zips up the side with original zipper. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
