Absolutely stunning and ultra rare Old Hollywood era 1930's bias cut silk velvet evening gown. Featuring a dramatic gold studded bodice with pointed open sleeves. Along the top of the neckline is the fictional character Dr. Fu Manchu who was wildly popular at the time. He is well articulated and some of the faces have glowing rhinestone green eyes. The back closes with hook and eyes up the the low back and is open up the the neck. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

Material: silk velvet. The underarms had some small holes and been patched with matching silk velvet. Not visible when worn. Wears and presents beautifully.
