A stunning piece of flapper era evening wear, this elegant cape pairs deep black silk velvet with shimmering gold lamé brocade woven through with dusty rose, sage, and amethyst florals. The dramatic shawl collar gathers into soft, sculptural folds at the shoulders, cascading into an artful silhouette with velvet framing the lamé at the body and hem. Interior lined in gold satin. A superb example of 1920s luxury outerwear — the kind of piece worn over a beaded flapper gown for an evening at the theater or a supper club. In overall excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
