Condition:  overall excellent, a small tear in the back of the illusion fabric that is only noticeable upon close inspection. See close up pictures. Wears and presents beautifully.  freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. Minor signs of wear typical of age. 

Please note: my camera lens is damaged and casts some faint spots on my lighter images than can appear like tiny stains.
