Featuring a tiered satin ribbon trimmed semi full skirt with a defined tie back waist and gorgeous off the shoulder elastic neckline with lace and tulle ruffles. Can be worn both on and off the shoulder. Zips up the side and ties at the back of the waist for the perfect fit. Fully lined interior. In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
