The quintessential 1950s hourglass in black silk taffeta, by American design house Milgrim. The fitted bodice is topped with a sheer illusion lace overlay — floral and scalloped along the neckline — that gives way to a crossover pleated at the waist, culminating into a graceful cascading swag at the hip. The silhouette is pure mid-century glamour: sculpted through the bodice, nipped at the waist, sleek through the skirt. Fully lined, zips up the back with the original metal zipper. The sleeves are meant to be worn a little off the shoulder. In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
