The full circle skirt with deep pleats adds movement and elegance, while hidden pockets provide practical convenience. This dress is looks to have been very expensive and high end. The sheer amount of fabric used to the skirt is mind-boggling. A rare and special piece. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
