Stunning 1950's New Look era black and ivory baroque print cocktail party dress by designer Frank Starr. Impeccably constructed out of a crisp cotton pique fabric and featuring a sculpted bodice with rolled straps and black velvet trim. Ultra fitted waist and full paneled skirt with built in crinoline. The perfect special occasion dress. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
