Crisp white cotton is scattered with painterly blood orange and crimson roses. Beautifully constructed,  the boned strapless bodice is masterfully ruched and gathered into a dramatic center-front focal point, creating a corset-like structure that cinches the waist with dramatic intention. The skirt flares outward in generous pleats, achieving that full-skirted, hourglass silhouette that defined Dior's "New Look" influence throughout the decade. The back closes with a metal zipper and is equally architectural, with the pleating radiating outward from the spine in a sunburst effect. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. The perfect summer occasion dress.
