Beautifully constructed and featuring a sexy halter neck with dramatic gathering pleating that forms a cape around the shoulders. Fitted at the waist, and tapered to the hem with a slit up the front for movement. Sexy peek a boo back. Zips up the back. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. 

Belt not original to the dress, used for styling purposes.
