A sunny stunner from the early 1960s. This sleeveless cocktail dress is crafted in lemon-yellow slubbed silk, its fitted silhouette cut to follow the figure through the waist and hips, with a slim kick pleat at the center back hem for ease of movement. The beadwork is the star. A dense fringe of white milk glass drops, faceted diamond-shaped beads, seed beads, and rhinestone flower clusters lines the neckline and shoulders, cascading down in a waterfall effect front and back. Scattered across the body, small rhinestone-centered bead motifs continue the sparkle all the way to the hem — a beautifully considered touch that keeps the eye moving. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
