A dazzling slice of ’60s glamour — this pink and gold lamé brocade dress by Elinor Simmons for Malcolm Starr is pure jet-set party energy. The bodice and full, gathered skirt are woven in a shimmering geometric medallion pattern of hot pink and gold lamé, with a fitted waist defined by a slim rolled cording. Long sleeves and a high, jewel-trimmed neckline closure with rhinestone clasps give it a ladylike polish. The dress is fully lined in silk. Zips up the back with original zipper. In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.

Malcolm Starr was a favorite of the 1960s cocktail and evening set, known for opulent metallic brocades and beading — this piece is a wonderful example of that signature glitz, ready for a party or a night out.
