Where do I begin with this piece? Absolutely exquisite 1930's deep purple silk velvet maxi coat with puckered bodice and bishop sleeves. Expertly crafted with dramatic shoulders, a cinched belted waist and long skirt. Lined in a brilliant shade of purple silk taffeta. Sold originally at S.& W. Scheuer in New York. One of the finest 1930's coats I have ever come across. In excellent condition, clean and ready to wear.
