Indulge in luxury with our Stunning Lapis Blue & Black Silk Velvet Bias Cut Evening Dress from the 1930's. Crafted from rich black silk velvet and adorned with blue chiffon ruffles, this dress is pure 1930's glamour. It's bias cut design flatters the figure and stretches over your curves. Slips on over the head. The neckline has an attached tie that crosses at the front. I have paired it with our Miriam Haskell brooch, which is available separately. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
