Featuring ruffled sleeves that cascade down the back and original belt with art deco rhinestone buckle. I can't tell you how gorgeous and perfect this piece is in person. It's truly a dream dress. Slips on over the head and stretches to fit your figure. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
