Absolutely stunning 1930's inky black silk velvet evening gown with beautiful puffed sleeves. Featuring a fitted empire waist with two rope like ties that tie in the back and bring in the waist. The sleeves and hem are ribbed for added structure and design. The skirt is bias cut and stretched over the waist and hips. A new zipper has been added to the side. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
