Beautiful 1920's burnout silk velvet evening dress in the prettiest shade of peacock blue. The classic flapper silhouette with a dropped waist and long sleeves. The waist accented with a gold lame rosette and a chiffon pleat. Slips on over the head. A beautiful dress in excellent condition for its age.
