Incredible 1950's black velvet halter top. Four plastic buttons with rhinestone inlay's up the front. Beautiful thick straps and and open back. Slightly cropped hits at the waist. In excellent condition, minor signs of wear, it has been freshly cleaned and is now ready for you to wear.
