I am obsessed with this fabulous late 1970's shimmering silver flapper style dress from Lillie Rubin. I can't imagine a better dress to party in! This silk sheath dress is inspired by the 20's and looks like a flapper dress. Fitted at the bust and then loose to the hem. This beauty sparkles and shines and would make a perfect reception dress.
