Absolutely gorgeous 1920's black silk velvet opera coat from I Magnin. Featuring a dramatic shawl collar, voluminous sleeves accented with a row of ribbed velvet and then extensively gathered and pleated at the sleeves. Buttons up the side. Meant to be worn like a glamorous cocoon. Fully lined in silk. A hidden interior pocket lined in pale pink silk makes this coat extra special. We have done extensive repair to the lining, making this piece fully wearable.

Condition: Excellent, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. We have done extensive restoration to the lining over the coat. We have patched the interior shoulders with black silk. Wears and presents beautifully. Please note, my camera lens is damaged and is showing spots and flares particularly on dark items. 

 Please note: our garments are usually clipped in the back to fit the dress form, this causes the hem to look uneven at times. 

All of our pieces are thoroughly inspected and repaired by our in house professional seamstress prior to shipping to ensure your garment is in ready to wear condition upon arrival.
