Stunning 1930's sapphire blue silk velvet evening gown with dramatic shirred bodice and short puffed sleeves. Featuring a semi full bias cut skirt that flares out at the hem. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. In excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
