Rare 1940's turban hat by one of the leading ladies of fashion in the twentieth century, Hattie Carnegie. Royal blue turban style cap with a fuchsia silk rose and faux foliage. Some ever so slight wear on the hats interior lining but overall excellent condition, one size.
