Truly unbelievable late Edwardian period ivory silk evening gown with dramatic silk velvet swags and a sash. Made of a gleaming silk satin and featuring diamond patterned panels on the skirt, with small gussets at the hem to make the skirt flare out. Delicate beading and pronged rhinestones along the neckline and down the back. The back is so beautiful on this piece and includes a braided beaded strand that hangs below the shoulders. Snaps up the side for easy taking on and off. In excellent condition for age, one small patched area at side hem thats only noticed upon close inspection. 

Wears and presents beautifully. Would made a beautiful wedding dress.
