Soft & sweet 1970's deep purple floral chiffon three piece party dress. This dress has a top overlay that layers at the skirt and cinches at the waist. Wide rose colored waist tie, can tie in the front or the back. sleeves are loose with a wide arm hole. Sleeves tie  at the top of the shoulders. Still has original tags. Wears and presents beautifully. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
