Stunning 1930's inky black silk velvet evening gown with dramatic cartridge pleated sleeves. The front features a shirred bodice and pleated at the bust. The gown is fitted in the hips and flairs out a bit at the hem. Zips up the side with original metal zipper. So beautiful on! In excellent condition, the velvet is remarkably uncrushed! Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
