Breathtaking 1950's emerald green silk demi-couture party dress by renowned designer Harvey Berin. This gorgeous concoction features an elegant fitted bodice, full sculpted skirt banded hem and bow at the center front. I love the silk flowers at the neckline and cap sleeves. Fully lined interior, with a built in net crinoline. In overall excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
