An iconic mid-century two-piece in pale blue rayon sharkskin, cut with the precision that defined the era’s best day-into-evening separates. The sheath underneath is fully boned through the bodice, giving it that sculpted structure 1950s dressmakers built their reputations on — a straight neckline finished with pleated satin bow, a nipped waist, and a slim skirt falling to a below-the-knee hem. The original metal zipper closes up the back. A cropped bolero jacket completes the set, with a soft rounded collar, dolman-style sleeves, and a trio of covered buttons that enhance the dress’s nipped waist. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
