This exquisite 1950s wedding gown is a poetic fusion of bridal romance and ballet-inspired elegance, designed to move with lightness and grace. The fitted bodice is crafted from delicate ivory lace, intricately patterned and softly embellished with subtle pearl accents, creating a sculpted dropped waist silhouette reminiscent of a classical dancer’s corseted bodice. A gently scalloped neckline and short, lace sleeves echo the charm of mid-century couture while evoking the airy refinement of a prima ballerina.

The skirt is the true showstopper: layers upon layers of tiered tulle cascade from the waist in a voluminous yet weightless formation, mirroring the softness and drama of a romantic ballet tutu. Each tier floats effortlessly, creating movement and dimension with every step, while the gentle blush-ivory tone enhances its ethereal quality. The skirt is a bit shorter in the front falling just 53" from the shoulder while the back trails longer and forms a train. The gown finishes with a graceful back featuring a soft V-line and center zip closure, maintaining both structure and delicacy.

An exceedingly romantic dress, lovingly hand made and fully lined in slipper satin. Zips up the back with original metal zipper. In overall excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
