A true flapper-era rope, hand-strung in spiraling twists of jet black and milky white glass seed beads and finished with two swinging beaded tassels. Each tassel is capped with a black Venetian "wedding cake" glass bead, hand-decorated with applied pink rosettes and tiny white and yellow flowers. At 54 inches, it can be knotted at the chest, as shown, or worn long over a drop-waist dress, the way it was worn in the Jazz Age.
