Classic circa 1990's party dress by one of my favorite semi obscure designers Peggy Jennings. Known for her exclusive use of imported French laces and expensive silks, with couture like attention to details like French seams and hand stitches. This dress features an ivory lace over silk corset like bodice with attached black silk sash over a multi-layered full skirt. Fully lined interior, with a built in crinoline to pouf the skirt. Zips up the back. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
