This exquisite 1950s wedding gown is a quintessential example of mid-century bridal elegance, combining romantic detail with the structured femininity of the era. Fashioned in ethereal silk organza, the gown is richly overlaid with delicate floral lace, accented throughout with tiny seed pearls that catch the light with subtle shimmer.

The bodice features a graceful scalloped lace neckline with short lace sleeves, creating a demure yet refined silhouette. The fitted waist, nipped-in to emphasize the hourglass figure so iconic to the 1950s, gives way to a full sweeping skirt of layered organza. The skirt is further embellished with appliquéd lace panels that echo the motifs of the bodice, adding depth and texture to the gown’s luminous surface.

From the back, a row of covered buttons extends elegantly down the center, a classic mid-century bridal detail that enhances the gown’s sense of refinement. The combination of delicate lacework, silk organza volume, and pearl accents make this gown an exceptional example of the period’s craftsmanship. In excellent condition, beautifully preserved and brought to us by the original owner. We have had it professionally dry cleaned so that it is ready to wear.

Fits like an extra small, seam allowance on the bodice side seams that could be let out in the waist.
