Super rare 1950's Greta Plattry new old stock cotton and celanese fabric from her "Viva Mexico" collection. Cut loose and fitted only in the shoulders, with rows of ruffles. Buttons up the back. In unworn condition, clean and ready to wear. Really the cutest blouse I have ever seen!
