Incredible early 1980's black and white polka dot cotton dress from Fred Lansac Paris. Sweetest off-the-shoulder balloon sleeves, can be worn up or down. Comfortable but also fitted in the torso with a voluminous tiered skirt that starts just below the hips. Zips up the back. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear!
