Super fun 1970's colorful striped cotton dress by Kasper. 100% cotton. Made in Pakistan. Balloon sleeves that can be worn or off the shoulder, elastic in the shoulders and around the arms. Elastic in the waist as well as a matching waist tie, could be worn with or without, not attached. Multi-color vertical stripes except for horizontal striped accents at the neckline and toward the hem of the skirt to add some extra dimension. This dress is perfect for summer! Zips halfway down the back. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear!
