Featuring a beautiful boat neckline, 3/4 sleeves and fitted waist and dramatic skirt with bows at the sides and a apron like panel down the front and back. Couture level quality, expertly made by Miss Betsy, a division of Priscilla of Boston. In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.
